  • What is your service area?

    Within a 2-hour radius of Spokane: Cheney, Pullman, Colville, Moses Lake, Walla Walla ,Wenatchee, Ellensburg, Davinport.

  • How soon can I expect to receive the edited photos?

    Typically, you can expect your photos to be delivered within 24 hours! Just a heads up, certain services like videos and 3D tours may take a bit longer, usually around 48 hours. Thanks for your understanding!

  • What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

    If you need to reschedule within 24 hours, just drop us a line. We kindly ask for as much notice as possible to accommodate others. And don't worry, there are no cancellation or reschedule fees!

  • Do you have any recommendations for preparing the property for photography?

    Here is a short list of recommendations:

    Declutter and clean.

    Stage furniture and decor.

    Maximize lighting.

    Tidy outdoor spaces.

    Remove personal items and pets.

  • Do you offer additional services such as virtual tours or floor plans?

    Absolutely! We offer a range of additional services to enhance your listing, including virtual tours and floor plans.

  • Do you have liability insurance?

    Yes, we're fully covered with liability insurance! Your peace of mind is important to us, and we're committed to ensuring a worry-free experience for our clients.

  • Do you offer discounts for multiple properties or regular clients?

  • What is your preferred method of communication for scheduling and discussing the shoot?

    I find text messages to be the most convenient way to communicate. Feel free to reach out via text anytime, and I'll get back to you promptly!

  • Do you charge extra for travel outside of your primary service area?

    For properties located within 20 miles of downtown Spokane, there's no additional travel fee. However, for locations beyond that distance, a small travel fee may apply.

  • Do i need to be at the shoot?

    We're delighted to handle the preparations for the photo shoot, including turning on lights, opening blinds, and ensuring toilet lids are down. Afterward, we'll carefully return everything to its place, close blinds, switch off lights, and secure the property. If you're able to provide a contractor lockbox with a code, or any alternative access method such as a door code, garage code, or hidden key, that would be wonderful. Homeowners or sellers are welcome to be present if they prefer, although the shoot often proceeds more efficiently and smoothly without people or pets. However, if you or the sellers would like to attend, that's absolutely fine with us too!

  • What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the scheduled shoot day?

    No worries at all! If the weather doesn't cooperate on our scheduled shoot day, we have a couple of options. We can either reschedule for a better day or use our editing magic to replace the sky for a sunny look.
